Who we are and how to contact us

What we do
We provide an online “one-stop-shop” platform (Platform), through which we introduce you to trusted suppliers (Service Providers, each a Service Provider) that we represent, of the following services for your property:
You can make a request through the Platform for any of the services set out above (the Services). We will then pass your request to the relevant Service Providers, who will then contact you with their terms and conditions for the supply of services for your acceptance; when you accept a Service Provider’s terms and conditions for the supply of services, a contract will come into existence between you and that Service Provider (Supply Contract). While we have authority to introduce you to Service Providers, nothing express or implied in any Supply Contract is intended to create binding contractual obligations between you and us.
Payment for the services provided to you under a Supply Contract can be paid via the Platform, using the following payment methods:
If there is an inconsistency between the provisions in this clause 3 and any Supply Contract, the provisions under this clause 3 shall prevail.
We take payment details at the time of booking, and these are stored until the job is carried out via The Braintree Vault (a PayPal service). The Vault allows a merchant to securely store a customer’s payment information and charge that customer, so that a customer does not need to enter their payment information multiple times.
You will be asked to authorise payment through the Platform once a Service Provider has confirmed a job has been completed. The payment will be automatically taken after 48 hours unless you have raised a dispute through the Platform.
Cancellations & disputes
Where you wish to cancel a booking under a Supply Contract, you must do so before 24 hours before the date of the services (Cancellation Period).
If you cancel your booking after the Cancellation Period you may be charged a cancellation fee of £30. The cancellation fee may be varied from time to time at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds, you will need to refer to the Supply Contract with the Service Provider. In the event of a dispute raised through the platform, payment authorized via the website will be put on hold while our team investigates the issue.
In the event that there is any inconsistency between the provisions of this clause 4 and the terms of any Supply Contract, the provisions under this clause 4 shall prevail.
